RecommendedVery friendly and thorough. My only complaint is with the office not the technician. Lance was great and very courteous. The office had to reschedule my original appointment due to the technician being sick and I was told it was rescheduled for 12-2 and then the day before received a text stating it was from 2-4. So they had changed the times without my consent and knowledge. This was the only thing that I feel needs to be improved on.
