RecommendedFirst off..I was very impressed by the salesman Keith and Shane, they explained everything to where I could understand the treatment and chose the package that suits my needs and wasn’t the most expensive..didn’t keep trying to upscale. I appreciate that. When my technician Refugio came he again took time and told me what he was going to do to make sure I understood..well he was drilling in the walls. do the job complete I was what thought offered was a good deal he sprayed half my bedroom now the roaches on the left side of room now live on the right side he did not even look at my place before he said I need a 250$ spray next time I will be letting all my friends and family know what type of business you are money money money do better and y'all are not welcome on my property again

We had an appointment setup from 4-6 today and here we are at 7pm with no Orkin person showing up or contacting us. I called the phone number for the “Carrollton” office and got a call center that stated the office in Carrollton was closed and they had no way to tell me where the technician is. So frustrating that a large company like this cannot communicate with a new customer letting them know the status of their appointment. Looks like another company will be getting our business.

Rating is misleading. Does not represent people's actual selection. Only ranks how many people leave a report, if that. Pretty bogus. Lowers my opinion of the core professionalism and trust for the company overall. I have always gotten good service. The last visit may have been OK but I received no informatiin regarding this follow-up inspection. I saw the inspector was here but he just left without saying anything.

Orkin is GARBAGE. Don't use them. Used the Grand Prairie, TX (GP)location and just had to submit a dispute against my credit card for their service: No show 4 service on 8/4/15. Order pest treatment w/30 day guarantee. Receive treatment 6/5/15. Still had pest. Call office 7/2/15 for re-treat. Told pest tech Greg would call 2 schedule w/i 24 hrs. No call. Called GP office again 7/7/15. Told Greg would call 2 schedule retreat. Greg left message 7/9/15. I rtned Greg call w/i 5 min on 7/9/15 & left message. No return call. I le... read more
