I was late getting hone & Mitch called me & I asked him to go ahead & start outside & he said no problem, & I had my daughter go unlock the door for him & then I got home so he didn’t have to wait on me. They have flexible hours too.

Called and made an appointment for service for home and yard. I even chose to be placed on a monthly service contract for maintenance services monthly. This company was a no call and no show. We could not contact anyone at the local office. The national office apologized and said they would contact local management. 3 days later and still no word from the manager. terrible customer service. had a billing issue where I was overcharged. took three weeks of phone calls where people were supposed to call me back and never did before I eventually gave up
