Although I have had many difficulties with communication between service person who is coming to let me know they are going to be late or not coming and having to call in myself to find out eta etc. Great communication with the dispatcher admin when I call to see where service person is and why they are late and not calling to let me know. The service windows being changed three times in one day - great communication with their texts to let you know window .. but again poor communication with service person coming. ... read more
I was pleased with the notice they sent notifying me that they were on their way and a notice when they arrive. Also the gentleman was very courteous and prompt. I am a new customer and so far I am pleased.
I love the reminders that they send out , along with the on our way and arrived notification!!!
