RecommendedDerek is a great bug guy. He is pretty thorough. I did have an emergency call put in a few weeks ago over the phone and was told our local office would be in contact with me. No one contacted me, but they came today as was our monthly treatment date. I wish I could have direct contact with our local Orkin when I call.

RecommendedAlthough I have had many difficulties with communication between service person who is coming to let me know they are going to be late or not coming and having to call in myself to find out eta etc. Great communication with the dispatcher admin when I call to see where service person is and why they are late and not calling to let me know. The service windows being changed three times in one day - great communication with their texts to let you know window .. but again poor communication with service person coming. ... read more
