We had canceled our appointment because I couldn’t be there and my wife works nights. They came anyways knocked on the door and my wife didn’t answer. She watched the gentleman walk back to his vehicle and leave. 5 mins later we received an email stating our scheduling was completed and charged x amount. Now tell me how that works?
