I hadn’t used Orkin’s service since 2018. When I called to request for service Misty was so helpful & polite. Not only had their rates went down but I was able to be put on the schedule the very next day and with an AM appointment. The technician Clarence whom came out was timely, professional & well mannered. He throughly explained his process before and after.
