Bernard called with the time he’d arrive and was on time. He was personable and friendly. He did his job outside and inside. He mentioned that the insulation in the attic was low, then informed me about the insulation Orkin provides. He will email a proposal later. He wasn’t pushy about this, which I appreciated very much.

On Tuesday, February 26, 2019 I received my routine Orkin service from the service technician named Sunday. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, and works very promptly. He sprayed my entire home including the attic, as well as the exterior. Overall, I was very pleased with his service and the care that he took with servicing my home. I highly recommend his service!
Drew Hopkins/Orkin Inspector is very thorough, knowledgeable, HONEST and professional. If you have any critter issues give him a call. 346-666-1836. Also, he has a degree in Entomology specializing in insect and rodent issues. I was very grateful to find him after getting bogus reports from other companies claiming I required services I did not need. Go Drew!!
My husband & I waited all afternoon for our service person. We were told we would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival so we had the phone with us in the backyard. We thought no one came then found paperwork & a bill n the front door! Supposedly the exterior was treated but we were outside in back & didn’t see anyone & certainly the inside wasn’t treated. This is very unprofessional.
Orkin is GARBAGE. Don't use them. Used the Grand Prairie, TX (GP)location and just had to submit a dispute against my credit card for their service: No show 4 service on 8/4/15. Order pest treatment w/30 day guarantee. Receive treatment 6/5/15. Still had pest. Call office 7/2/15 for re-treat. Told pest tech Greg would call 2 schedule w/i 24 hrs. No call. Called GP office again 7/7/15. Told Greg would call 2 schedule retreat. Greg left message 7/9/15. I rtned Greg call w/i 5 min on 7/9/15 & left message. No return call. I le... read more
