Richard Garcia has been to my house for the last 3-4 times. Very professional, polite young man. He always do a great job and fully explains what he's about to do before he does. He makes sure he doesn't do anything that'll possibly affect my pets even though Orkin claims their treatments are pet friendly. If possible, I'd like to have him doing my services every time.

Regular tech everytime, asks if we need anything or have seen anything we need taken care of and very friendly. i can not remember his name but he is great!! Been using them for about 8 years now, we never have any issues with any kind of pests in or outside our house. One very happy customer😃

They are great communicators: advanced notice, schedulers, technicians. Also convenient to use including sending invoices etc. Richard Garcia is an exceptional young man!
