Explaining what is being done before and explaining what to expect
I like that they call to remind you the day before & give you a 2 hour window. Also, we used them for outside rodents and haven’t seen any since using the service.
Very friendly and accommodating. He allowed our 9-year-old to ask questions and answered all of them! He also looked into a billing question I had before He left. Also had an interior inspection 2 days later and did it while he was here instead!
