I have had two appointments with an orkin rep, the rep never showed or called. My time is very valuable, this was very costly & disappointing

RecommendedThe service man showed up at our house this morning and I had no notice of the appointment. I called the office and was told that I should have received an email or text message in advance of the appointment. When they looked they realized the did not have an email or cell phone number. This is at least the second time the service guy had shown up and I had no advance notice of the appointment. We used to receive a land line call to tell us of the appointment in advance. Good morning Mr. Bishop, I'm sorry you weren't notified of the new system. The new system will send a notification 5 days before your next service is due via text and/or email.
They told me when they were coming for a service and then didn’t show up. Sent me an email later that afternoon telling me the will come in three days again (on Saturday). I didn’t want them to come on Saturday, so I called to change it. I had to leave a message and no one ever called me back. They did show up Saturday which was very inconvenient because of homecoming activities. Do I have bugs? Yes, I have seen a few over the last three months.

Service is horrible. The techs are never available when you need them. When they come out they do the minimum they can do. The pest issue was only gotten worse since starting with this company. No one wants to help out.
