I'm genuinely still in shock around the entire process of how Orkin operated today in the Phoenix Valley. It started this morning when I went to the Okin website to see how I could get an expert option around my concern. BOT automatically scheduled me to have a technician show up at my place at 8 AM, well 8 AM came no tech ever arrived. SO I call, spoke to customer service, who scheduled me for a new confirmed time. I have been using Orkin off and on for a couple of years. This morning Orkin came out and they did a good job but the problem was I was promised for the first month 55 dollars. I was charged 77. I just want them to communicate better with their staff. Also, I wish they would give me some stinky traps like they did in the old days. The new ones are too sticky and with kids in the house it’s not a good combo.
