Our technician Brain was very thorough reiterating the service that we chose. Next, He looked over our property and home and discussed his plan of attack before he started the job. Once he had finished spraying, he came to the door and let us know that he had found two wasp nest in our eves and he took care of them. Very satisfying customers.
Quick efficient. Check up after 6 months of the termite treatment & looks like initial spray took care of eliminating the pests.
Trish has be wonderful. She does an amazing job and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do the job for us

Ryan , out of Chico has been very nice and calls me prior to appointment as I requested. That’s very important to me. Great communication. I’ve only had this service during Fall / winter So the big test will be spring/ summer .
I have to say our dealing with Orkin was all through a gentleman named Steve out of the Redding, California office was fabulous. He was incredibly reliable, honest and professional. I would call again just to talk to and deal with Steve. He was great!
