I would only recommend if they would keep the same person coming to my house. I had the same person for a year and a half, they changed her routes and sent someone new without telling me. I canceled my services for this reason.
It's been an irritating inconvenience as a customer. The last thing you want to be with a customer...is inconvenient. I've called and left a message requesting information on how to proceed with discontinuing our service. We will be finding pest control elsewhere.
