He came in and befriended all of the pest he encountered that I had and explained to them that they and their families had to go. He handled these difficult task with dignity and grace. This is by far the worst experience we've had with a company. We wanted a crawlspace encapsulation and use orkin for our termite contract. We were told a lot of stuff their "dryzone" can do and signed the contract. We later found out most of what we were told isn't true and we feel like we've been bait and switched. They have told us they were "done" 5 times now only for us to have an Inspector crawl under and give us a laundry list of stuff they didn't do as well as several things that weren’t up to code.
