The bugs are under control and Orkin has great people. Ashley is our current service provider and is really easy to work with.
We had a hornet problem, and first appointment was rescheduled at the last minute after taking a day off of work. It happens I suppose so they came several days later. A shorter Italian looking guy came and sprayed and said he’ll spray and after 48 hours they will die and then we’ll call and schedule to send a tech out to remove the nest and the other nest in a roof peak so they don’t come back and rebuild. Disconnect between technicians and other staff. Showed up unannounced. Terrible demeanor. Disrespectful.
The tech didn't show for the first scheduled appointment. Tech was late for the next appointment. Follow up was scheduled and tech was no call/no show for an 8am to 10am appointment. I called them at noon and they said he would arrive by 130-2pm. At 8pm I got a message rescheduling appointment 2 weeks in the future. I wasted an entire day. So far, I am unimpressed.
Worst company ever. New tech every time, never advance notice, use toxic chemicals and leave traps where my pets could be injured. Absolutely horrific and refuse to respond to messages.
Be careful. If they tell you something is included in the monthly payment they are probably lying. I got charged double for two months and no one could explain why until I called a few more times. I cancelled immediately. I was told the mosquito spray was included in my monthly $52 payment and that was completely incorrect. Misinformation is NOT ok when you are paying a lot for not much.
Called at the time of arrival from an hour away saying unable to make it because of bad tires
