Service guy replaced filter to dehumidifier, the filter had been back ordered for sometime. He was friendly and efficient.

Luckily the Orkin guy caught us both home today (Thursday). He inspected our crawlspace and everything was okay. My husband talked to him a few minutes and then he went away to another appointment.
