My service is just for the outside of the house to be sprayed. No one lives in the house. I have asked several times for all the doors and windows to be sprayed well in order to cut down on the creepy crawlers that enter an empty home. Never once has this been done. I have cameras all around my home and very little of my house is being sprayed and only random squirts here and there are being done. Ricky did good; checked the entire perimeter of our home,etc. Tried to pay bill on line and still cannot after several months and calls. Called again this morning and waiting for Orkin IT to resolve the issue

Felt like the guy wasn't concerned about my bug problem nor do I feel like he done his job to the fullest.
They literally neglected the inside of my house! Never sent the same technician twice. Would take pictures and leave after they “sprayed” meaning sat in the truck. Called them multiple times for them to be like oh well 🤷♀️ contacted Michael Thress he didn’t seem to have any answers we will see what district says
