Problem with scheduling. Got an email saying that the appointment was scheduled between two and four. When no one came or contacted us, called again and was told that there was no appointment on the schedule. Effort was made to correct this and a technician came around five pm. Waited most of the afternoon for someone to come.

Kevin did a fantastic job with our large house. My main concern was wasps and he found a took care of a nest and was very knowledgeable and kind with what to expect and what to do if we find more nests in between visit.
