Great. Explained many things. In and out of the house.
Israel came out in relief of the original technician who never showed. Despite the tardiness, Israel was very informative and thorough. We set traps that have already served as effective less than (24) hours after being set. Currently waiting on another technician for our full inspection. This technician is also (30) minutes late - hoping that the service will again today make up for the tardiness.
DeMarco did a great job as always on time sociable does great work. What is most important no bugs thank you
