I find Orkin to be difficult- almost impossible to deal with. I don’t feel like a valued customer. Everything is just a money-grab. My schedule and preferences are only considered when I raise a stink, and my service is always scheduled for the very last “end of day” which is terribly inconvenient for me. If I could find a viable alternative I would jump on it in a New York minute.
