It’s very hit and miss with the service. It depends on which person comes out to spray. I have a note to go to the side door so I can hear when they come, but sometimes they go to the front. If I don’t answer, they spray out side and leave. Some agents are great checking all the traps and spraying everywhere. Others don’t try very hard.
He was very pleasant and professional
Alejandro is amazing. He went above and beyond for me. I am petrified of mice and he understood and did more than he had to to make me feel safe.
