I had a window for a 4PM-6PM service. I took off work early. Received a text at 3:45PM that he arrived (he did not and I have cameras showing he never even came to my home). I called customer service and sat on hold for 35 minutes to then be disconnected (no the call did not drop). Attempted to call back and the automated message stated that they could not accept calls. Rescheduled to my preferred Friday time after 2 voicemails to local office to reschedule went un-returned and resulted in technician showing up at the door at the time I had been trying to cancel. 2 hours before the confirmed time, my security system notified me that the technician was at my house spraying the outside and I received a bill for the full "service."
