Was a little disconcerting because it wasn’t the same person who usually does the treatment and this one just used a can of spray all through the property and I think the other guy uses a tank sprayer? I’m going to pay more attention next time. I don’t like the way the scheduling is done arbitrarily and they don’t tell me til a couple days before what it is and I work 12 hour shifts so I have a lot of days available but little time on the days they say they’re gonna be there and little time to call and re-schedule then. A very good experience. Professional explained everything they were doing and why asked if there was anything more I needed. Encouraged me to call if problems arise. Joseph was also orienting a new staff member. I believe his name was Ethan thank you.
