Orlando was a great communicator and outside the box thinker, exactly what I needed from a mortgage broker. As I told Orlando, he was my hero many times during my lending process. He spent as much time as I needed explaining what felt to me like a very complicated procedure of a bridge loan (because we needed to live in my old home until we moved into the new home) and a purchase loan for my new house. Also, most of my assets were in retirement accounts, which further complicated the process, especially any tax issues.
