My son loves it here his dentist experience was bad he said dentist hurt but not here recommended

If it were possible I would give ZERO Stars. After taking my son for his first visit I scheduled my second child to be seen at the Windermere location, there has not been one instance speaking to the front office staff that was pleasant. Naomi specifically leaves a terrible feeling in your gut after speaking with her. After multiple incidents finally asked to speak to the manager who works in their Baldwin Park location. I took my almost 3 year old daughter to see Dr. Girardot as she had front teeth trauma from a fall and was recommended by my family dentist. After looking at her broken teeth and discussing options for her, he would not work on her at all in the office and said they could not get her in to extract her teeth in the hospital until April!! 2 months plus! The checkups were fine. My issue is with the staff responsible for billing. My son had a routine checkup (100% covered by insurance) back in October of 2015 and I am still receiving bills from the dental office. The insurance company just informed me they finally received a claim Feb 26, 2016. I'm wondering just how long it will take the office to do their job and to stop sending bills. Perhaps even a phone call back within the same day of business would be helpful?
