I have been a patient since 2015 so the fact that I’m not satisfied is very unfortunate. The staff is very passive aggressive very nice nasty including the doctor. What really made me give this rating was my last visit in office after I removed my braces an came back later that day to pick up my retainers the staff specifically the receptionist was talking about me in Spanish calling me “Gorda” which I took offense to it I’m grieving the loss of my baby brother he passed away last year April for 6 months i couldnt function ... read more
