The orthodontist was good to work with. His front office staff were not. I got the sense that they didn't have an understanding or respect towards mixed families. The book keepers especially rude. She constantly cut me off when I was trying to talk to her. She didn't even read the paperwork we filled out for our daughters treatments. Rethinking taking my younger daughter there for her braces.
