Do not use OVME in Franklin. I had the worst experience today and unfortunately, the lack of customer service that followed my treatment only made the situation worse. I booked a 45 minute Signature Facial. My service started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early, so I received a total of 30 minutes time.
