i have been coming here since moving to houston and have brought so many of my friends and my husband. they helped me glow on the wedding day and keeping up with my botox. Book with Dina. She is the only woman I trust and she is so sweet. Kyra is so sweet from the front desk as well. I am always able to get an appointment when I need. It is so serene on the inside and botox is very fairly priced compared to many places in Houston!

I have been coming to OVME for more than 6 months first for Botox with Hannah who is amazing but THEN I started seeing Laini for facials. My sessions with Laini + her help starting a consistent skin care routine with medical grade products TRANSFORMED my skin. I had pretty bad hormonal cystic acne on my cheeks, jawline, and around my mouth. Laini has been my cheerleader and skincare guru for the past 4 months. I LOVE coming to Ovme every month! The staff, Elaini, Susanne, Kolbi, Peyton, Drew, Dina.. they are all so amazing and make you feel extremely welcomed. My facials are typically with Peyton and Elaini and they are never less than amazing and relaxing. The girls here are extremely knowledgeable and my skin has never been better. I have the member package which is also nice when I need products because who doesn't love discounted medical grade skincare ! Excellent place for your skin care routine! This place is top notch, and exceeded all expectations! I had my services performed by Peyton, and I absolutely loved her! Upon entering, the girls at reception were above and beyond helpful, and we're not pushy about the membership at all. I ended up joining the membership that they provide, but it was worth it! They ask you to download an app to get "points" which does not work. The app rep was not able to help, and when you call the app, the customer service line will not take the prompt when it requests you to press it. The front desk staff at this location has known for more than a year that this has been an issue with my account and each time, there is a different reason they can't help. Today, I finally became frustrated and *I* was called rude by the young woman at the desk. Excuse me? Hmmm. Rude staff and false promises.... read more

I had an appt for over a month, they had to change the date/time to a later date, there was an issue with my account, that they knew about it, instead of telling me about it over the phone while making the appt or calling me within the month they let me drive up to them (50 minutes) and tell me they couldn't fix what the issue was. No apology, just an I don't care attitude. No call from a manager. Cancelled my account.

So I came to OVME after a Dallas blogger I follow recommended this place. According to the blogger, she paid around $48 for her lip flip so I was like heck yea I want to try this out. I made an appointment, this was my first time ever getting anything like this done and after getting FOUR units, the cost came to $150. Why? Idk.
