They ask you to download an app to get "points" which does not work. The app rep was not able to help, and when you call the app, the customer service line will not take the prompt when it requests you to press it. The front desk staff at this location has known for more than a year that this has been an issue with my account and each time, there is a different reason they can't help. I had an appt for over a month, they had to change the date/time to a later date, there was an issue with my account, that they knew about it, instead of telling me about it over the phone while making the appt or calling me within the month they let me drive up to them (50 minutes) and tell me they couldn't fix what the issue was. No apology, just an I don't care attitude. No call from a manager. Cancelled my account.
So I came to OVME after a Dallas blogger I follow recommended this place. According to the blogger, she paid around $48 for her lip flip so I was like heck yea I want to try this out. I made an appointment, this was my first time ever getting anything like this done and after getting FOUR units, the cost came to $150. Why? Idk. I told a couple of friends and they all told me that was way overpriced.
