great job did exactly what needed to be done
Jeff, I really appreciated how quickly you found the problem and stayed with it until the bad pump was replaced and the others had been checked.
You and your helper came on time, did work that was needed well, solved a couple of problems, and did a good job.
I would recommend Owens Electric to anyone in the Bay Area. They were of great help to me. First, they tried to help me trouble shoot the problem over the phone. When that didn't work, they were here within 20 minutes of my call on a Friday night! Finally, when they determined that the problem was actually with the PGE lines to my home, they walked me through contacting PGE and getting a serviceman out to fix the problem. Jeff did a great job installing our complicated ceiling light fixture. Arrived on time, was very professional, and got the job done!

Never returns call and the solar system he installed is not working properly. Both my daughter and I have called and left messages, but no one returns the calls so I don't know if it is the panels or the inverter that is not working. Find another solar company if you don't want hassles!
On a July 4 weekend, I shorted a light fixture, which tripped multiple breakers, cutting off all power to the house, which has solar panels and a backup battery. On the phone, Mr. Owens asked me to send photos of the installation, said he would not be able to do anything for the battery, and that the holiday flat charge would be $500. I assented. He came out promptly, eventually discovered the tripped breaker inside the SolarEdge inverter, which I think is a product he doesn't install. He used the Internet to get that workin... read more
