The therapist know what they are talking about. They have exercises and applications to build up and protect specific parts of the body. Those type of activities are done very well. I personally have seen improvement in the areas that I have came to their facility for.

All the physical therapist are courteous and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and always give you the personal treatment.
Lisa was pleasant and knowledgeable, went easy on my spine with the exercises.
