Over the past four years, Oxford has kept me from having back surgery. I have a spur going into my L4/L5 disc nerve. The stretches that I do daily have been wonderful. I recently bent over incorrectly and aggravated it. I had not been there for two years but Rob and Nate immediately knew me. Keep up the good work!Ā
