All of the staff are very friendly and caring. They take the time needed to make sure you’re doing the stretches and exercises correctly. They know your name every time you walk in the door not by your ailment. I love going there because they have many things they can do during your session like ultrasound therapy, cupping, stretching to help you feel better. Thank you Marie , Lauren, Mike, Robbie, and Angela for your knowledge, care, and compassion you showed me during my visits. I will recommend anyone to your office.
I have been going to the Florence location for several weeks to treat my tennis elbow, and have had the pleasure of working with 3 really amazing Physical Therapists: Robbie, Marie and Mike. Though I have not yet worked with Lauren, I can see she is just as fantastic with her patients. These folks know more about the academic medical science of running and walking than the 2 podiatrists I have recently visited. I wish I had know just to visit here first. Podiatrist almost seem to offer dangerous or bad advice and they don't know about some basic mechanics of more modern ideas that are widely written about in running journals, like forefoot/midfoot striking pros and cons. Coming in a few days after a hip replacement, being in a lot of pain & pretty anxious about PT, but Matt, Marie & the whole staff have made it much easier! It's unlike any PT I've ever experienced. I felt heard, seen & cared for. Within a few days I am experiencing more movement & less pain! Thank you all!
