I spoke with Rob, who was, for me, the ideal salesman. Honest, upfront, prompt, professional, and courteous. He made the experience as pleasant as car buying could be. We ended up not purchasing after speaking with the finance person. There was pressure to purchase a warranty and gap insurance through the dealership. This makes them money, but also increases how much is borrowed and required in payments. It just wasn't what we wanted. Overall, this place was pretty good and I'd recommend them.
