Dealer contacted me quickly but the vehicle was not able to be delivered, even though delivery was said to be included on the CG website. If it's not able to be delivered, don't advertise that it is.
They replied promptly to my initial message, but then never got back to a follow-up after I told them that I was local to their area. They offer delivery to my area, so that seemed a bit surprising.
Dealer got me the needed information promptly. Thanks

I let them know over the phone that I’d be traveling 4 hours to buy the car. They helped get everything ready before my visit and when I arrived Nukri greeted me at the door although he’d never met me he knew who i was which let me know they pay attention to their schedule and customers needs. After that they fast tracked my purchase and got me out the door and in my car in under an hour. Great service, great selection, great cars.

Walked in no appointment walked out before my shift with a new beamer couldn’t asked for a better experience.
Ivonne, sales & Igor, finance fantastic onsite experience & service. They both worked to make sure everything went smoothly. Ivonne, her communication went beyond & since my purchase has checked in as well, that makes a big difference.
They were great, just things on my end didn't go as plan. They were very nice and helpful.
