Living at Pace Apartments has been extremely disappointing. The noise is unbearable--muffler-less cars constantly race through the complex, especially at night, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. Even more frustrating is their pet policy. They claim to have breed restrictions, but they clearly don't enforce them. It feels like there's no consistency or accountability. I'll let the photos of this "luxury" community speak for themselves. I don't have time to write reviews but when something is bad enough (and charges you top dollar for it), I try to warn people. I've been here less than a year, so it's definitely the new management. There is no gate, and there has been a rash of peoples cars being broken into by having their windows smashed. Terrible apartment! disappointing! noise pollution! Like a zoo! The cat howled on the balcony all day long! There are off-leash dogs! very dangerous! This is the wrong place to live! People in the office are stupid and don't solve any problems! I have lived for a year without a parking space! There is often not enough hot water for bathing! The faucet is also broken! No one fixes the toilet：/Shit dances in the room

I live in this complex but am using my Yelp account (alias) to review in order to protect my identity against retaliation. This apartment complex has been on a constant downward spiral since I moved in. At the price we pay, we could live almost anywhere else. New residents are constantly hanging at the pool at ALL hours of the night keeping my wife and I awake. If you're into nightlife, then look no further! Pretty complex, they waited half a year to get a dog park. They said the pool was heated year round (not true) the coffee machine in the gym has never worked. They are so cheap they stopped giving out yummy drinks and snacks, only water. Was told they had a bar and wine tap, which won us over, moved in and they no longer did. Horrible management. I have moved out along with a few residents I have kept in contact with. You're just a unit number to them. Their staff is extremely unprofessional. There was a technicality on my lease and instead of communicating and working with me to fix the misunderstanding of agreements that were made by management which are not my responsibility to make sure are upheld, they screwed me. Along with bad management, they have allowed a lot of very questionable people lease there and it has turned very "ghetto". ... read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars First off the lease office people are all airheads and they also give out personal Info to anyone that calls and asks so if you like privacy this is not the place and they all have attitude like they work at a 5 star property. I have lived in PACE apartments before new management arrived. After then, like reviews before me have mentioned it's gone downhill. No one in the front office is helpful at all. They may seem welcoming because they want to sell the unit, but after that it all goes out the window. Jazmin Carrera was specifically unhelpful and insincere.

Long story short, in the year we rented here, we've run into way too many issues with package theft, loud and messy neighbors, and to cap it off, our unit was broken into as we turned in our keys. Why on earth would you pick a lock just to steal old bath mats, a used Keurig machine, and golf balls? For the amount of money this place charges and the constant turnover of staff, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
