So I had no idea what I was getting myself into, thats a fact. Originally, this year I was gonna get contact lenses but my optometrist said due to covid they could not conduct whats called contact orientation which demonstrates how to put contacts on. I had PRK done about 2 months ago. My vision was a whopping -8, now I’m seeing 20/20. It’s a miracle. I also haven’t had any side effects like dry eyes (which I read can happen if you don’t go to a good surgeon). Everyone at the office is friendly and professional. PVI did a great job both from a customer service and medical standpoint. They were always friendly and easy to communicate with. I had been using CRT contact lenses that shaped my cornea which could risk the procedure, so they met with me several times after I switched off of CRT lenses to make sure my cornea stabilized and the surgery would be safe for me to undergo. I now have 20/15 vision - thank you!

I now have better than 20/15 vision. My eyesight went from my most advertised weakness to my greatest superpower. Amazing technical work from Dr. Faktorovich, and just as much credit goes to the whole team supporting the visits. Even the smallest details are perfectly executed -- you're comfortable from consultation to post-op.
