I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living to anyone. Pacifica truly cares for it's residence and their employees. I have been with Pacifica for less than 2 years and just got my 2nd promotion. One way Pacifica Senior Living stand out from the others as an employer is that they always try to promote within the organization before outsourcing.
