My grandpa was placed there because when we had made the decision the staff there was amazing, however since that administrator left things have been horrible and my grandpa is actually dying faster than he should be. They don’t feed him when the other residents eat and they are over drugging him so bad he is continuously slumped over and can’t even respond. It’s one thing to watch him die of his disease but it’s another thing to watch him die of an overdose... please put your family somewhere that the staff actually cares.

I never want to post anything negative but I have tried everything that I know to do. My mother lives at Meridian at Westwood in Fort Walton Beach, FL on the assisted living floor. I received a call from her telling me that the power went out and the generators did not come on and she is stuck in her power recliner and can't get out. She has a button that she wears around her neck if she needs help. She pushed that several times and no one came. She then called the front desk on her cell phone and it went to VM. Pay ther bills to their independent contractors.Been waiting 3 months on one and 2 months on another and I keep getting the run around that they are on their way. Now no one will answer my calls. The Woodmark in Sun City.

The Dallas property “Meridian” has gone to —-. The food has gotten disgusting. There is no security or concierge as advertised. All the good help has been fired and we are on the fifth administrator in two years. They cancel social activities without notice. It’s definitely been a bait and switch in spite of rent having gone up 15%. The current management, Bill, et. al. are dismissive of and disrespectful of the residents. Looking to leave ASAP.

I am wring about Our horrendous experience with Pacifica Senior living Belleair {Clearwater Florida } Between Dr Mahajan and Pacifica Senior living in Belkskr my mom was grossly medicated causing my mom to fall asleep face forward in her wheelchair causing her s permit curve in her neck . When I would ask about her being so tired they would lie and tell me they were reducing their medicines and her body needed to adjust this wax complete nonsense .
