I know they were very helpful when my sister was trying to get Medicaid assistance, and Medicaid ended up paying the cost for everything my mom's income doesn't cover. My mom got her COVID booster earlier this year so when there was an outbreak a few weeks later, she had no symptoms even though she tested positive. I toured Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls and it was great! Excellent facility. The cleanliness, friendliness, and staff were all excellent, as well. However, it was too expensive for us.
We picked this community, because it is all inclusive and encourages participation in all aspects. It's a clean community, although at times short staffed but that is common everywhere you go and try and get a long term contract at a set price. We did not know that Pacifica was being bought out by NorthStar properties .
We had a great tour experience with Pacifica Senior Living Klamath Falls, they were our second choice. The reason we chose the other facility over this one was just because of the fact that Pacifica is 2 stories. They have around 60 residents there so it is smaller. We were overall very impressed with everything.
Mom can be difficult but they do a great job with her. They work with me to keep her dementia manageable. She is happy, busy and safe. I'm very pleased. This her 2nd time here.
We chose Pacifica Senior Living because of the convenient location and also we were impressed by the overall facility and the friendliness of the staff members. They have had a lot of staffing shortages because of covid so that did affect the food service some. I would recommend to others looking.
Husband toured when I was in the hospital and found the perfect "home" for me using my household items.
So far very good! Director has been great to work with. Receptionist is very skilled, friendly and accommodating. The nurse is easy to communicate with. My mom has settled in better than I thought she would.
I was drawn to visit Pacifica because of a good friend who spent her last days at Pacifica where I came to visit and pray for her. Right now we are transitioning in stages. Having our meals here while trying to get the house we’ve been living in emptied. The challenge is getting the landline, computer (internet) and tv. The reward is the many new friends we’re making, both staff and residents.
