This is a very dishonest company -- the post office told me their packages go missing a lot, and they never take responsibility for it. They possibly have an employee stealing packages, but deflect blame to the Post Office instead. My package was signed for and received by Marco at Pak Mail, with tracking showed delivered, yet Marco himself told me he never picked up the package. They could try shipping packages in a timely manner to the correct address. They could manage to ship a simple item priority mail with a confirmed address the day of purchase instead of 4 days later. They could do the very basic thing they advertise themselves as doing well with a modicum of competence. I will never be back and would discourage others from using Pak Mail off the Plaza.
