I went to Shawn's office to drop off some documents and I am sure that the stress was absolutely rolling off of me. He immediately asked about my stress level and when I mentioned that I was feeling anxious about everything getting done on time and our loan being approved, he walked me through everything. He brought up our documents on his computer and went through the entire thing about what exactly we should expect to pay and where that money was going. He was always available when needed.
