This was a challenging buyer and Shawn was available every step of the way, even when he was out of the country for a wedding! He came to the closing which I feel is a lenders responsibility, however, I find often times the lenders push it off on the title company so this was very much appreciated. He did a fantastic job and given an opportunity I will refer him to other clients who are needing a lender.
