Dr. Tsoucaris took care of a very difficult root removal. He put me at ease and his work is excellent. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is hesitant about a root canal
Dr. Tsoucaris was awesome. Great bedside manner. My extractions were completely painless. He even called at 9:30pm to follow up and make sure I was recovering well. Highly recommend!
Sometimes I wonder what people are thinking. I have nothing but great experiences with Dr Tsoukaris, he even fixed what other Endodontists could not address. He is the best!
I called first to make sure they would take my insurance, I am disabled with brain cancer. Told me they took it I arrive for my appointment don't take insurance, asked for a payment recieved a 3 part payment plan my insurance covered part of it anyway. He is suing me for $675. Not what we discussed and statement is proof of all my payments. Very rude doctor and a liar.
It was the most terrible experience of my life. He is rude, unprofessional and even crazy. After his treatment, I had severe pain in this area. I called the office, I told everything and asked for appointment. Tsoucaris, who answered the phone, refused me, saying that he was leaving the office soon. He didn't give me any recommendations, he didn't send me to another doctor, nothing. The next day is their day off. If I could give zero stars I would. The experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. I went in for my 1st root canal, the only people that were nice, gentle, and patient were the nurses and assistants. The Dr was absolutely horrendous. He was RUDE, NASTY, & didn't care that I was in pain. I told him that I could feel the drilling while he was working on me and he became nasty, and scolded me, then sent me home with 4 advils (that killed my stomach, again he didn't care). Would of given a zero but settled for one star. This dentist is a crook. His secretary is very shady. Said I was covered only to find a huge bill and my insurance said they never received a call. No way to speak to tonthr dentist. The secretary is most likely cahoots with the dentist. Very weird place. Stay away. Not worth the stress.
The Dentist is very abrupt - Does not provide any explanation of what is going to be done. Rooms are open and provide NO privacy. You can hear the patient is the next room. There is no follow up or after care provided. The procedure I had done resulted in my condition being worse than when I started. Now I will need expensive dental work done that I cannot afford.
Sorry to say I would not recommend this Dentist to anyone. 1. Made an appointment on a Saturday morning for my daughter, we ended up waiting approx. and hour PLUS past the appointment time. 2. We went to him on a recommendation that he specialized with nervous patients, he left an internal door open so my daughter could hear the previous patient go through their procedure, lets just say loudly........ #. He then billed Me more than the quoted price
