We had to put our dog to sleep after 12 years as part of our family. The staff at Palm Glen was so compassionate and caring, they made the whole process easier to deal with.
The amount of care, concern, and knowledge these people have towards your animal is top notch. Literally feels like a family doctor you’ve had for years when you talk to them.
Today, I took 5 of my rabbits in for a regular health check-up with Dr. Mangone. He was absolutely amazing with them and very knowledgeable! I've been taking my pets to Palm Glen for years now. I recently had to put my 14 year old dog to rest. Dr. Mangone and his staff were truly compassionate and amazing through the whole process. Thank you Dr. Mangone and team for always being there for me and my furry family members.
My corgi was neutered and I was really happy that Dr Mangone did the surgery. He had to have a cryptorchid inguinal because only one testicle was visible. Everything was taken care of and I was able to pick him up on time. The staff were very kind and made sure I had his medication before I left.
Had to get a surgery done quickly on my dog and Palm Glen got us in and scheduled the surgery within a few days. The Vet was very open and personable and and he was informative, which we really appreciated. Our dog came through fine and is almost back to her old self. Very grateful for the friendly, concerned folks that work there. Appreciated them all! Highly recommend Palm Glen Animal Hospital for the care of animals.
When our German Shepherd, Valor, recently became suddenly extremely ill, they allowed us to come in just minutes from closing. While we were heartbroken having to say goodbye to Valor we were thankful for the kindness and compassion show to us by Dr. Mangone and the entire staff.
My blue and gold macaw Taylor got very sick, throwing up and not acting her usual loud, talkative self. I called the office, brought her in and Doctor Mangone saw her. He prescribed her some medication and she's now back to her old self. I'm so grateful to all that work there. Everyone is so kind and caring. They're the best!
