Nowhere have I ever experienced the compassion I feel from Palm Glen for over the past 12 yrs. When the time came to lay my precious 11yr old St. Bernard (Moe) to rest, it was the most heart wrenching feeling ever! The staff stayed extended hours to comfort me and my beloved pet with such genuine compassion and sincerity, almost as if they too were experiencing a personal loss, they did that day 110% all I can say is thank you to an outstanding veterinary clinic. We just took one of our dogs here for the first time. Everyone we dealt with was excellent. Dr. Mangone and the tech were excellent with Harley. He never got stressed out even when the Dr. c checked his broken tooth. The doctor never acted rushed. He patiently gave his diagnosis, and treatment options. He patiently answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
RecommendedLuis and I have been taking our fur kids to Palm Glen for many years. We love Dr. S and the staff is the best. They have evening hours as well as clinic hours on Saturday. Yes you do get what you pay for. The clinic has treated our two litters of Boston pups, Rottie with cancer, other Rottie with Addisons, Boston with seizure disorder, dental care, and routine check ups!
