The staff is proffessional and polite and the care provided is excellent.
Dr. Guzak is one of the gentlest (is that a word?) dentists I've ever dealt with. He and his staff, from hygenists to reception, are caring, informative (without lecturing) professionals. While visiting the dentist is rarely a treat, they certainly elevate the experience to pleasant. Great dentist, great crew!
While vacationing in Palm Desert, I broke a lower front tooth, panicked, I called a friend who lived there and she gave me Dr.Guzak's name. Upon calling the most friendly reception got me right in, where I received quick, painless, and most professional help! My tooth is beautiful and even I cannot tell there was ever a problem! Dr. Guzak is the best.

I am very happy with Dr. Guzak and his staff. I like the way he and the staff explain what needs to be done beforehand. My last two visits were pain free and am very pleased with the results. I am sure my next visit will be the same.

Went to start long term work for crowns and implants. Paid $5K for crowns. The teeth grinding work was done. After calling in multiple times over 4 months and never getting a call back (while wearing temporary crowns) was told only by showing up in the office lobby that the lab never got the impressions. After so many lies, told them I would find another dentist and wanted money back. So another 2 months later with again no call backs, was told they have 'no funds' to get my money back. Dr. Guzak is fine but the front desk is the worst - I have been yelled at by the staff asking for the refund! Stay away from this office. Money is what it is all about. It has taken 6 months for a refund and I still have not received a dime. Scarey business practices.
