The Holland Team was an absolute dream to work with!! Every step of the way, Palmer kept us informed, updated, and was always there for any questions. The entire team showed such great communication across the board and stayed on top of everything so well that we closed in under 3 weeks!! We are so thankful we had such an amazing team guiding us and would not hesitate recommending them! Truly appreciate all the work they did.

Nothing is difficult for Palmer. Tell him what you need and he gives you choices. Realistic choices. He is patient and kind. Smart and caring. Qualifying for a loan is nerve-wracking and no fun. The relationship between Palmer and our realtor made this process seamless. Thank you, Palmer. Returning to you for lending on a new home was the smart thing to do.
