I requested a delivery of 50 gal. through their website. They delivered 98.3 @ $4.649 per gallon. This was more than I could afford. When I called the office, the receptionist was unreasonable and rude. The manager, Torey, was congenial, but only offered excuses why there was no information regarding the least amount of gas they would deliver (no less than 100 gallons). They charge customers more per gallon if they use less propane. They lack any understanding of customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
They charge leased tank customers over 2x market pricing for propane. By comparison, Ferrell Gas is $1.69 Vs $4.29 carved by Palmetto. This is usuary and unfair charges and the company is unapologetic.
