Dr Jacobs has been treating me with FSM, Frequency Specific Microcurrent, as a needle -free alternative to acupuncture. After the first treatment, I could tell the difference in my body and I knew that I would begin to heal if I continued. Recently, I skipped my treatments for a couple of months and my symptoms returned, so I am convinced that FSM is the reason for my healing.
This was my first visit with Dr Denise Jacobs. She was so kind and caring. She listened to me describing my symptoms, and had a plan for treating me. Office was warm and welcoming. Denise was very caring. I was having a lot of pain and discomfort in my neck and shoulders. After 1 treatment I felt so much better and inflammation seemed to be gone. Scheduled my second appointment.
Great! It was a little loud, I could hear other people due to the structural part of the ceiling. Maybe offer the patients headphones so they can actually relax.

Dr. Jacobs is very responsive to me and introduces new treatments as part of her plan. I feel so much better after my visits and adding Mark’s or Heather’s massage is a wonderful bonus. Visiting Palms Acupuncture will enhance your well being in so many ways.

Dr Jacob's is an excellent acupuncturist. She's also very caring. She took the time to get needles that was thinner and more comfortable for me so I don't say ouch each time a needle stuck my skin. Her amazing staff is well organized. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
